Very enthusiastic, very knowledgable - good balance of funny stories to break it up and keep it from getting boring - while keeping it concise on time and all relevant, really excellent trainer - also spent just the right amount of time teaching class.

A very thorough and interesting course that covered all aspects of PowerPoint, and opened up so many more tools that I was not aware of.

Rose was very helpful and geared it towards our questions and issues, raised at the start (even when the issues weren't that relevant to Microsoft PowerPoint!)
