Our history

Optimum was formed in 1998, by Sarah Kirk, David Hankins and Ursula Walker, with the purpose of creating a training consultancy that could deliver excellence in a fast-changing market.

Since then, we have grown to a team of 40, working on projects all over the world and training over 50,000 people.

Our City of London base in the Barbican houses the administrative and management teams, while training consultants are deployed both in our training centre and on client sites.
