Quick cards serve as an excellent visual reference for infrequent users, new joiners or those who need a quick reminder of certain processes.

Reference Guides

Reference guides are comprehensive user manuals, incorporating step-by-step business processes to ensure best practices are known and followed.

Course plans

For every training module, Optimum will develops course packs which ensure high quality training delivey, whoever is running the sessions. This includes lesson plans and presentation scripts.

Learning Portals

A simple, flexible and cost-effective way to make learning and support materials available to your users, and to track their usage and value.

A customised learning portal for your organisation gives users access to eLearning materials, eReference or online help materials, process guides, Quick Cards, quizzes and video tutorials.

Self-service signup means no administration overhead for you, but built-in security restricts access just to your learners. A simple but flexible reporting system allows you to track who has signed up, what documents they have downloaded, what eLearning they have completed and what scores they achieved in quizzes.

The learning materials can be organised in 3 different ways:

  • By role – a learning path and set of materials for each operational role
  • By system – a set of materials organised by system functionality
  • How do I? – quick access to commonly used elements organised in a user-centric way.
